Common questions
Is casting free?
Casting charts, tapping any palace for its imagery, and combined imagery are free forever and need no account. Signing in gives you 1 free AI reading; after that, readings are pay-as-you-go (3 for US$0.99, 10 for US$2.99). No subscription.
Where do my readings live?
Your reading balance lives on your account, not in your browser — sign in on another device and it's there. It doesn't expire. Payments are handled by Stripe; for a refund, email us.
Why does it ask for location?
Only to compute true solar time for your chart and to show your city name. You can also type a longitude by hand, or leave it blank to use clock time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
